IIH

IIH stands for `Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension.` Symptoms include HAs, visual changes, and pulsatile tinnitus. It is often seen in obese women of childbearing age. Patients may need an LP to confirm the diagnosis. Decreased visual acuity or visual field loss at presentation has a poor prognosis, and requires aggressive intervention.
